Collection, Delivery of Goods & Terms of Sale
Delivery
All goods sold are available for collection from our Trade Counter or can be delivered directly to you.. If collecting please call before your journey.
We are happy to arrange delivery for you, we reserve the right to use the courier of our choice. We will always combine postal charges where possible. For the best estimates on post charges please call us before ordering otherwise our website will calcullate the best rates possible within its parameters.
Please ensure you select the correct delivery service at the checkout for your delivery destination. Selecting incorrectly will delay your delivery.
We will contact you within 24 working hours of order to confirm when your goods are being distached, delivery information etc. Most goods sent from stock are usually despatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, often even faster. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
In the event of your item not arriving when expected, please notify us within one working day so we can chase it for you. Should you receive a damaged item you must only sign for it as unchecked or damaged with the courier. A claim for damage cannot be made where a signature is taken and no note of damage is recorded. All claims must be made to us within one working day of receipt. We will claim on your behalf using the couriers standard claim procedure. Their descision will be final and we will forward a replacemt product or refund the original purchase (at our discretion) cost as soon as the claim has been fully settled.
We sometimes arrange for items to be delivered to you directly from manufactuers. By placing an order with us, you agree to allow us to pass on your address, contact details and order details to other companies for the purpose of supplying or delivering products or services to you on our behalf. No payment information will be passed onto suppliers other than those processing your payment who offer secure facilities such as Credit Card Merchant Service providers and our own bank.
Goods and Terms of Sale, Warranty and Returns
All goods are sold on a "trade to trade" basis. Clean Chem UK will not take responsibilty for the use, neglect, damage or misuse of any item purchased from us. By making a purchase from us you are confirming that you are a trade customer and have suitable knowledge to use the products correctly and select the correct product for its intended purpose.
CleanChem UK will not refund any delivery charges for returns for any reason. Goods with a return to manufacturer warranty: it is the purchasers responsibilty to arrange carriage for warranty claims and return of items to the warranty proivider at their own cost. It is advisable to contact us in the first instance for advice and guidance for trouble shooting should it be required.
If you return a Silverline, Toolstream, Torino Lamborghini or Triton product to us as faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, you must return the item complete with original packaging, instructions and accessories that came with it along with your original sales invoice. We will test the item in our workshops. If the item is faulty we will at our discretion replace or refund the original cost of the item. If the item is not faulty, damaged or the instructions of use have not been fiollowed we will ask you to collect your item from us or pay the carriage cost of return. After 30 days of purchase faulty items must be returned to the manufacturer as indicated at point of purchase. You must register your purchase online within 30 days of purchase and download your warranty certificate to validate your return to manufactuerer warranty. By making a purchase from us, you agree to accept our terms and conditions, including terms of warranty provided by manufacturers.
You have the right to cancel this contract for no reason. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all original packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition Shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for the shipping costs of the products return to us. Where shipping is free on an original delivery, a charge will be made, as shipping is included in the original price. Returns and claims for refunds are not accepted for liquid products and consumables.
We appreciate your feedback, feel free to send us pictures of your valeting or testimonials of our services and products. Ebay customers will receive feedback from us on receipt of theirs automatically. We will publish your testimonals and your pictures on our websites, though we will remove your identity if you specify.
Links to other websites. It is in all website owners interests to rank higher in searach engines. Active links will assist with this. Whilst we will not endorse other companies, products or services, we do offer a link exchange service to businesses that are related or compliment ours. If you would like a link form our websites to yours, please email us the details. All we ask is that you may do the same for us.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. Please feel free to contact us through the internet, by email, post or by telephone during normal working hours. We aim to return calls and emails within 24 hours.
Warranty
The warranty for tools, vacuums and pressure washers will be displayed with each listing. Where a lifetime or three year warranty is advertised, you must register your purchase on the manufactuers website and enter your details and that of the product purchased within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do this will result in your warranty being void. You must always retain your sales invoice for proof of purchase. Warranties are "return to manufacturer". This means that you must return the item, well packaged to the manufactuerer at your cost for repairs under warranty. Please refer to the handbook or instruction leaflet or manufacturers website or leaflets provided at point of purchase for details of return addresses or contact us for advice.
